Podcast Assignment - Independent Novel Study

Part A                         Dramatic Reading  (Individual)

Choose a section of an independent novel you have read, or are reading (min. 1 page) and create a podcast of a dramatic reading of this section of the novel.  You will need to add background music and sound effects to enhance your reading. 

Evaluation: 30 marks (use of voice, no errors, good passage chosen, music, sound effects)

For this assignment you will record a Podcast in the role of one of the characters of the novel.  Where appropriate, you need to incorporate music and/or sound effects. 

You will need to prepare a script first and plan how you will read your script.
