Posting Information
Information posted by teachers and schools is available to anyone accessing the world wide web. Schools should be aware of privacy issues when posting information. Avoid using student's names or any information that can be used to identify individual students.

Only teachers and school administrators should post information. Students should only post information under supervision. No offensive material will be accepted

Security Problems
Teachers are responsible for checking their web area. If there are any security problems teachers should immediately e-mail security@schoolinfo.ca

Removal of Service
Nevin Micro Systems has the right to remove any school and or teachers at anytime. Service may be stopped for any of the following reasons:

• Offensive material
• Giving links to offensive material
• Used for non-educational purposes
• Security has been breached
  

Liability

Nevin Micro Systems will monitor and provide as much security as possible, but is not liable for security breaches no matter how they are caused. Nevin Micro Systems is not responsible for incorrect information posted by any teacher, school or board. Nevin Micro Systems uses the latest technology but is not responsible for system down time.
