What do to do after this session.

• Review the main concepts of web pages
  • web pages are text files with either and htm or html extension
  • files names should have no spaces and in lower case
  • a word processor can be used to create web pages
  • ftp programs are used to transfer files from the remote computer (your computer) to the Internet server
  • you need to know the following to send files to an Internet server
    • server web address
    • login and password
    • you can get the ftp program from the following web site click here
  • Macromedia's Dreamweaver is most popular professional web page developing application and is licenced by the Ministry of Education for Public and Seperate school in Ontario Canada.
